The Jellybean Heritage Inn hosts you in one of the most quintessential St. Johns sights - the Jellybean Row houses. Named after their vibrant, colorful exteriors, not only are they beautiful but a piece of history. It is said that the tradition of painting houses brightly started to aid sailors in spotting land during heavy fog. Nowadays, these houses are a vibrant beacon not only to sailors, but to all those who visit St. Johns - and a sight to behold. This is a beautiful, large room with a wood-burning fireplace, fridge and air conditioning. The room is on the second floor and features a queen bed, a full en-suite with a 32-inch jetted tub and partial harbour views, and our signature cotton-and-feather-down, breathable sheets.
Please note that hot breakfast, including meat, eggs, overnight oats with yogurt, pastries, tea and coffee, and juice, is included during the 2026 Briar Championships—February 28 to March 7th. From May 1 to October 15th, a continental breakfast is included on the main floor. If you prefer a hot breakfast for only $10 more per person, you can join us at the Roses around the corner for a full breakfast in our dining room with harbour views. Must be booked by phone or by adding to the cart on booking.
Firelogs are available from management for $10 each for cool months. They can also be added to the cart.
This beautiful, quiet room has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, a wood-burning fireplace, 9-foot ceilings, and a garden view. Overnight parking is allowed on Gower Street from 3 pm to 11 am. (two-hour section) We have $10 passes that will enable 24-hour parking.

This cozy, newly renovated apartment is located in the lower level of the Jellybean Inn. Breakfast for this apartment is available at The Roses for a maximum of two people for only $10 per night per person - please add to cart in advance.
Please note that the extra bed is a single pull-out with a memory foam mattress for added comfort.
This apartment includes a fireplace, a four-piece ensuite, a kitchenette with a microwave, and an air fryer. We provide a dehumidifier. (Air conditioning is not required, as it's cool) private, high-speed internet, and a smart TV.
